Newcastle boss Eddie Howe said in his pre-match press conference ahead of their clash with Chelsea (Oct 27). That there were no new injuries from the regular line-ups. Meanwhile, striker Callum Wilson is likely to return after the November international break.

Wilson has been struggling with a hamstring strain and has yet to make his debut this season. But Howe has hinted that he is improving and will miss at least the next three games. UFABET 

“We will definitely be without Callum Wilson for the next three games. ” the England manager said. 

“He still has a tight back. He doesn’t feel like he can train at the full level at the end like he needs to.” 

“Let’s just say he’s been training lightly with the group now. He looks good. But Callum is very vulnerable to any impact that comes from training.”

“I’m not injured at the moment, I’m just not ready to go on the field.”

“As for the other players, there are no additional injuries.” 

“Dan Byrne had some first aid on his ankle last week but he was still able to compete. So, of course, it’s a good result.” 

“I’m not hurt at all. I think my body is fine.” 

Newcastle are away from Stamford Bridge. Meaning they will switch back to being the home team to meet Chelsea / Carabao Cup. Followed by meeting Arsenal ( home ) and Forest ( away ).
